Lots of good ideas and I liked the turkey trivia. Plan on using several of the recipes. Some are kind of exotic, so probably won't try. But overall, a nice read!
Enjoyable to use with many ideas for using turkey or other leftovers, It also includes educational information on how to picking the best turkey. Then how to cook it or smoke it. Lots of history about wild and domestic turkeys and some fun word games.

Don't we all wonder what to do with that leftover turkey? This book is full of great recipes with turkey (and some Thanksgiving/turkey themed ones without). In addition to the recipes there are crosswords, little facts and stories that make it so much more than just a cookbook.
I always wondered what to do with the leftover turkey, besides turkey sandwiches! Now I know. This is so much more than just a cookbook. It has fun facts and jokes (what a great way to get the children involved!) and very good recipes. Glad I got it! What a wonderful gift it would be around the holidays. (Especially for those cooks whom cannot seem to do the roast turkey right in the first place and always have lots of leftovers! Haha)
